Meeting called to order 7:47 pm

In attendance: Killian, Conuil, Dalbach, Cerdic, Dubheasa, Rose, Aelfwyn, Oso on phone

The meeting was started by discussing awards given at may crown. Congratulations

Officer reports

Exchequer: We have 2106.48 in the bank. $500 for ren faire wall rental was deposited. Oso needed a check for $20 for TCCC rental. Check was written

Old Business

The Cultural Consciousness festival wants to rent the wall and pavilion again. The price we quoted was $400 for the wall and $200 for the pavilion and torches. The group wanted to negotiate for a lower price but the shire voted to stay firm on price. Oso has sent Killian a contract and we need it filled out. The wall need repairs by the 8^th and people to do that. The shire needs to purchase bungies for storage and a hammer to send with the wall. Rosie has volunteered to bring the wall back if someone can loan her a truck.

The pursuit of Barony has been dropped for now

New Business

There have been some new kingdom laws. You may view them fully at Dregate.com/law2011

The kingdom has decided to cut funding for newsletters. This doesn’t affect us at all but the crier will be reduced in size. Event copy will go from a max of 500 to 300 words. They will advertise for the month of the event and one month before.

Events

Revel: Oso has begun negotiation with Garvin to feastocrat. Dalbach volunteered to assist. Reservation paperwork is in. Oso will do many of the autocrat jobs over email. She needs volunteers. Rose has volunteered for gate and Aelfwyn has volunteered for cabin reservations. She still needs a nastycrat.

Champions should be in charge of there events. Erasmus may come and assist with stick horse races. If you are interested in teaching a class or taking a class, contact Oso.

It was suggested that we start the dread tapestry at revel. Maybe paint first then go back and stitch some details.

Crown: The current king has requested that we host a crown event. The event discussed was July coronation. Julilla has shown interest in autocratting. Sites discussed were the Tonasket rodeo grounds and Chelan Fairgrounds. Ultimately it will come down to what the autocrat wants. It was also discussed that if Julilla autocrats that 10% of profit goes to her home shire.

Killian suggested we make some large sunshades for the erics
